Area of Research: Her research focuses on the investigation of electronic structure and transport properties of open-shell organic molecular systems for spintronics applications. She is using various density functional methods to design stable organic diradicals with strong ferromagnetic exchange interactions. Her goal is to eventually use the stable radicals for spintronic device applications.
